This diagnostic targets day to day business operations. Strategic diagnostic

This diagnostic includes areas of the operational diagnostic at a management level and also focuses on areas including governance, organisation structures, strategy, authority, risk, working capital, debt management, growth, management reporting, recruiting , OH&S, industry trends and diversification of the business.

Waste diagnostic

This focuses on waste identification and elimination based on operational processes, resources and what the customer would regard as value. By breaking the business down into several key areas waste can be identified, including the type of waste and the cost savings that its removal would bring the business.
